The client sought a minimal viable product (MVP) that could securely generate a document hash, store it on the blockchain, and facilitate verification of authenticity through either file upload or unique identifier entry.

The project required seamless PDF upload with automatic hash generation, ensuring files were processed quickly and securely. Another challenge was integrating blockchain recording without causing performance issues, keeping transactions smooth and reliable. At the same time, the system needed to remain lightweight yet scalable, allowing room for future SaaS expansion. Ultimately, it was crucial to design a straightforward verification process that even non-technical users could easily navigate.

The team implemented an automated PDF hash generation system linked with the Polygon blockchain, ensuring efficiency and low transaction costs. A scalable backend architecture was created, laying the foundation for future SaaS expansion without compromising performance. For user experience, an intuitive interface was designed to allow documents to be uploaded and instantly paired with a verification ID. The verification flow was simplified by enabling authenticity checks through either direct hash/ID input or uploading the document itself. Together, these solutions delivered a lightweight, secure, and user-friendly system ready for both current needs and long-term growth.
