The biggest challenge was how to combine the ease of the user interface typical of a Telegram bot with the complexity of blockchain-based transactions and how to perform blockchain queries quickly and precisely. Finding a balance between ease and complex requirements that were expected by blockchain technology required quite a high-end technical solution for this.
